Subscriptions and Membership of Remie Margot Ltd

First Box

To guarantee that you receive our next quarterly box when you subscribe, you need to purchase your subscription by the following dates:

Spring box Subscribe by 28th February Despatched 10th March

Summer box Subscribe by 31st May Despatched 15th June

Autumn box Subscribe by 31st August Despatched 15th September

Winter box Subscribe by 30th November Despatched 15th December

During our scheduled delivery months detailed above, we endeavor to have further boxes available for any new subscribers or for purchase as a single box in our shop. These boxes do tend to sell out quite quickly, so, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that they will be available in our shop or if you subscribe after the dates detailed above.

Initial Payment and Renewals

When you subscribe to Remie Margot, your first payment will be taken immediately. The date of your next payment depends on the following:

Payment by credit/debit card (preferred):

Remie Margot will send you the latest edition immediately; we will change your renewal date to the 1st of our next dispatch month. For example, if you subscribe on 18 June and we send our Summer box, we will change your renewal date to 1 September in readiness for our Autumn box.

If we do not send our latest box, e.g. because it has sold out, your immediate payment will be for our next edition and your card will then be charged every 3 months from the date of your first payment. For example, if you subscribe on 18 June but our Summer box has sold out, your card will be charged immediately for our Autumn box and then again on 1 December for our Winter box, and so on.

If you have purchased an annual subscription and we send you our latest box immediately, we will change your renewal date to the 1st of the month when your 5th box is due to be dispatched. For example, if you subscribe on 18 August 2021 and receive our Autumn box as your first box, you will then receive our Winter, Spring and Summer boxes and we will change your renewal date to 31 August 2022 in readiness for our Autumn 2022 box.

If you have purchased an annual subscription between boxes and we do not send our most recent box, your card will be charged again on the anniversary of your first payment. For example, if you subscribe on 25 July, your card will be charged immediately as payment for our Autumn box and then on 25 July the following and subsequent years, with 4 boxes received between each payment.

Payment by PayPal

We currently only offer PayPal as an option for the One-Off Boxes, (if we have any available and detailed within our ‘Shop’ page, this is because of the following reasons:

We are unable to change the dates of future renewals with PayPal and so, if you purchased a quarterly subscription and we send you our latest box immediately, we would only have the give you the following options:

Change your payment details to credit/debit card, allowing us to change your renewal date so that you receive your next box at the same time as everyone else. Otherwise you could receive after everyone else.
Remain with PayPal and receive your next box in 3 months time, which may be later than other subscribers.
Annual subscribers would have the same situation, i.e. you will need to change to credit/debit card to receive your 5th box on schedule, or wait until your anniversary to be charged via PayPal and then receive your 5th box, where you may have to wait for your box.

As soon as checkouts are updated with PayPal, we will endeavor to make sure we offer PayPal as a subscription payment option.

Cancellation

You are welcome to cancel your subscription to Remie Margot at any time by logging into ‘My Account’.

Cancelling your Quarterly Subscription

You need to cancel 5 working days before a payment is due, otherwise you will continue to be charged for your next box. As an example, if you want to cancel after receiving March’s box and your next renewal date is 13 June, you need to do so by 6 June at the latest, otherwise, you will be charged for the June box. In most circumstances we would be able to offer a refund for this renewal, as long as we receive the request before your next box is dispatched. We cannot guarantee this, however, so recommend adhering to the deadlines above.

If you want to cancel before receiving your first box, you are able to do so within 14 days of purchase, or before the end of the month before a box is sent out (whichever is the later date), as long as your box has not yet been dispatched.

NB: If you subscribe and then cancel immediately, we will assume that you still want the box. However, if you would like a refund then we will be happy to process this for you, but you will need to email your request to us at hello@remiemargot.co.uk.

Cancelling your Annual Subscriptions

If you choose to purchase an annual subscription, you have 14 days after subscribing in which to cancel and request a refund, or until the end of the month before your first box is sent out (whichever is later). If you cancel after this time, you will receive your four boxes for the year. If you cancel after the 14 days or after your first box has been sent, but you will not receive a refund and will still receive your four boxes, but will not be charged again the following year.

NB: If you subscribe and then cancel immediately, we will assume that you still want the four boxes. However, if you would like a refund then we will be happy to process this for you, but you will need to email your request to us at hello@remiemargot.co.uk.

Delivery

Remie Margot posts boxes to subscribers in March, June, September and December each year. The exact dates of dispatch will vary and maybe later than anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances or delays. Once dispatched, we do not provide any guarantee of delivery date.

We use a number of different postal and courier services, mainly Royal Mail for our subscribers and these are subject to change at any time. Not all services provide tracking information and so we are not always able to track your delivery.

Should your parcel arrive damaged or not arrive at all, we will endeavor to send a replacement; Should we no longer have sufficient stock to do this, we will seek to replace with a similar product of equal or higher value, or offer a full or partial refund depending on the extent of damage or loss.

Delivery is free for UK subscribers. We currently only post within the UK but we are working on sending internationally. These costs may be reviewed at any time.

Remie Margot aims to keep the contents of each Remie Margot quarterly box a surprise. Each box will contain at least five full-size items. “Full size” refers to items that are not samples, miniatures, travel sizes or other smaller variations on a standard product; however, where products come in a variety of sizes but can all be classed as “full size”, we may include the smallest of these within the five full-size items. Samples, miniatures, travel sizes, etc. may also be included in addition to the five full-size items but are not guaranteed.

The contents will be products that can be classified as, but are not limited to: accessories, jewellery, homeware, stationery and beauty. Products that can be classified differently may also be included.

Some products may come in a different colour, size or other options and Remie Margot aims to tailor these to your preferences, as provided in the ‘It’s All About You’ questionnaire you complete when subscribing. We cannot guarantee to select your exact preference on each occasion but will do our best to match products to what we feel you will most like, based on your answers.

Exchanges

Once you have received your box and would maybe prefer an alternative colourway, shade, flavour, etc, Remie Margot can offer an exchange (subject to availability). Subscribers will be notified of these items via our Social Media and email platforms. Items will be allocated on a first come first served basis

Remie Margot charges a process and packaging fee of £3.95 to exchange items (we currently only post within the UK). This fee is subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to increase the fee for large or heavy items. It is your responsibility to pay the postage fee for returning your original item to us.

Remie Margot does not guarantee exchanges being available, these are subject to stock availability. Items returned must be unopened and unused, we will despatch your exchange upon receipt of your returned item.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Returns and Refunds

In addition to the refunds outlined above, we are also able to offer a return and refund once you have received a box, as follows:

If you do not like a particular item in one of our subscription boxes, you may be able to exchange this for the same item in a different colour / size / fragrance etc, subject to availability, as detailed above. We are unable to offer returns and refunds on individual items included within our boxes.

If you do not like your whole Remie Margot box at all, you can return this to us as long as all individual products are unopened and unused and suitable for resale. Please email us at hello@remiemargot.co.uk if you would like to do this. You will be responsible for the costs of return postage and will need to purchase proof of postage when arranging this. We will process a refund for you within 3 working days of receipt of the returned box, as long as the contents arrive in their original condition.

Should you wish to receive a refund or replacement for an item that is damaged, please email us at hello@remiemargot.co.uk so we can rectify this as a matter of priority for you.

Promotional Codes

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.

SUBME20 - Received in our One-Off Boxes as an offer to become a subscriber. This enables the customer to receive 20% Off of the FIRST Quarterly box, additional quarterly boxes will be charged at the full price £45.00.

GIFT10 - Received in our One-Off Boxes as an offer to purchase another One-Off Box as a gift. This enables the customer to receive 10% Off of a One-Off Box, additional One-Off boxes will be charged at the full price £55.00.

FRIENDS - £5 OFF - This Promotional Code is found in the Subscribers Box. Subscribers can pass this card or code on to their friend, The code generates £5 Off of a Subscription or One-Off Box. A gift is then sent to said subscriber who has referred their friend. When purchasing, the friend must name the person who has referred them to enable Remie Margot to know whom to send the free gift to.

All Competitions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.

These rules will be deemed incorporated into each competition except to the extent that any specific instruction in a competition provides otherwise.

By entering the competition entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and be bound by them. All of our decisions will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

Any person who is an employee or an immediate family member of an employee of Remie Margot Ltd or any other person who is directly connected with the organisation of any particular competition is ineligible to participate.

All entrants are to be aged 18 or over unless any other age restriction is specified or implied. Entrants should if under 18, obtain permission in advance from their parent or guardian.

All entries must be received by the closing date specified in the competition. Answers will be entered upon submission. No responsibility will be taken for any answers that are misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons or received after the closing date. Entrants are liable for their costs to access computer networks.

We reserve the absolute right to disqualify without notice any entries to any competition which we consider have used improper technical means to enter and/or we believe is fraudulent.

We will not be liable for or accept any responsibility for: (i) any failure by the winner or any entrant to comply with these terms and conditions; (ii) any disruption, delay or misdirection of entries; or (iii) any server, system or network failures, malfunctioning or inaccessibility.

We shall be the promoter of all competitions subject to these terms and conditions unless stated otherwise.

Prizes

If for any reason an advertised prize is unavailable we reserve the right at our absolute discretion to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value.

Remie Margot Shop.

The Remie Margot online shop is subject to the same terms and conditions as outlined in the rest of this section of our website, with the following exceptions:

If you wish to exchange or return an item purchased from our shop, you are able to do so within 28 days of receipt. Please email us at hello@remiemargot.co.uk to arrange this.

The product(s) purchased needs to be returned to us unused and suitable for resale. You are responsible for the costs of your return postage.

Should you wish to receive a refund, this will be processed within 2 working days of receipt of the returned item(s), as long as it arrives unused and suitable for resale. Please note that refunds may take a few days to arrive in your PayPal or bank account.

Please note that if you purchase a one-off box from our shop, this will be subject to the same terms and conditions as outlined in Exchanges and Returns and Refunds under ‘Subscriptions and Membership of Remie Margot Ltd’’.

From time to time, we may experience errors with our stock management and inventory systems. This means that we may need to delay or cancel your purchase from the Remie Margot shop as we do not have the stock available. Should this happen, we will contact you using the email address linked to your order as soon as possible and arrange either later delivery of your purchase or a refund.

(e) suspend or delete your account on our website.

Variation

Subject to the bullet point items under section ‘Limitations and exclusions of liability’, these terms and conditions, together with Remie Margot’s Privacy Policy and cookies policy, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Remie Margot in relation to your use of this website and shall supersede all previous agreements between you and us in relation to your use of this website.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions together with Remie Margot’s Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.

Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
