  • What's in the Advent Gift Box?
    We don't want to spoil the surprises but you will receive a variety of lovely lifestyle, jewellery, accessories, home-ware, beauty, stationery, tasty items, and more. All of our products are sourced from online and High Street Brands, lovely Independent ventures, new and established businesses, sustainable brands, and sometimes exclusive items from our own collection.
  • Do I have to pay for delivery?
    Delivery is free for all UK customers. Individual items and gifts available all year round purchased from our online and Facebook shops, are charged at £2.95 for delivery. We do not currently ship abroad...but we are working on it.
  • When is my payment taken?
    If you have chosen to pay in full or by leaving a deposit, these payments are non-refundable as we start preparing your Advent Gift Box as soon as we have received your initial payment. If you have paid the deposit you can pay the outstanding balance in installments or in full as and when you wish up until the 1st of November. Please use the same card/name for all payments to avoid any confusion. Advent Gift Boxes will be despatched mid-November.
  • When do I get my Advent Gift Box?
    We will despatch your Advent Gift Box via Royal Mail 2nd Class postage - this will be trackable. ​
  • Can I get a refund for my Advent Gift Box?
    Of course! Our refund policy is 28 days, you must notify us via email within 14 days of receiving your order and return your order to us within 28 days. Please note: we will provide you with the return address in the response email once you have contacted us first at within 14 days of receiving your order as detailed above. Once authorised, please pack the product carefully in our original packing to avoid damage in transit. Any product returned will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To complete your refund, we require an order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.   • How do you process my refund?
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days (depending on your individual bank).
  • Do you offer Corporate Gifts
    Yes We offer our Corporate Customers a selection of beautifully wrapped gifts, for all budgets and can include your branding. The element of surprise when something arrives is always a lovely feeling and sending your employees or clients a gift will always be well received! Our corporate gift boxes vary for all different likes and lifestyles and start from £15 each. We offer the option to deliver to individuals or their place of work/venue. We also offer free delivery for orders over £200.
