When do I get my subscription box?
Our quarterly boxes are despatched in March (Spring), June (Summer), September (Autumn) & December (Winter) each year.
Your first payment will be taken immediately, our Quarterley, Annual and One-off Boxes all go out at the same time.
When is my payment taken?
Your first payment will be taken immediately, following payments will be taken on the 1st of the month of despatch i.e. our Summer Box is despatched on the 15th June, therefore you next payment will be taken on the 1st June
Our Quarterly subscription costs £45.00 per quarter.
Our Annual subscription costs £165.00 per year (x4 boxes)
Our One-Off Box costs £55.00
What's in the box?
Each seasonal box contains a selection of carefully hand picked items, thoughtfully curated for you.
Containing at least five full size gifts, items will be selected from jewellery, accessories, homeware, beauty, stationery, goodies and more from Branded, High Street, Independent, new and established businesses. Certain gifts will be based on your 'All About You' form, completed at checkout.
When do I get my one-off box?
Our one-off boxes are despatched at the same time as our subscription boxes: March (Spring), June (Summer), September (Autumn) & December (Winter) each year.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account.
Quarterly Subscription - You need to cancel 5 working days before a payment is due, to avoid being charged for the next box.
Annual Subscription - if you subscribe and then cancel immediately, we’ll assume that you still want the four boxes. If you do not and would like a refund then, we would be happy to process one for you. If cancelling at a later date, you have either 14 days after subscribing or until the end of the month before your first box is sent out (whichever is later) to cancel and request a refund.
I want another one of the items in my box, can I buy one?
Oooh thank you, we are glad you like it!
We will add any available gifts in our shop (subject to availability). These will be priced at their standard price.
I don't like one of the items in my box, can I change it?
Ooh no! We really try to get it right, sourcing beautiful gifts for you.
If we have an alternative colour, metal or fragrance in the gift you want to exchange, then we will do our utmost to exchange it for you. We will contact you to confirm choices, once you confirm we will hold this for you whilst you send your original item back to us (in a resellable condition). We will then send you the exchanged item, there will be a charge of £3.95 p&p.
If you don't like the complete box, you can return it to us (in a resellable condition) with all individual items unopened and unused.
If there is any damage to any of your gifts, then we replace this for you (subject to availability).

Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org - we would love to hear from you, it's a possibility our themes and your products will complement each other.
Do I have to pay for delivery?
Delivery is free for all UK customers.
Individual items and gifts available all year round purchased from our online and Facebook shops, are charged at £2.95 for delivery.
We do not currently ship abroad...but we are working on it.
Can I skip my Quarterly Box?
Yes! If you want to skip a quarter / season, just log into your account, click on 'manage' and 'Subscription Settings' and you will be able to 'Pause' your subscription.
